Do you offer wholesale?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.



Can I modify my order once it's placed?

We will try our best to accommodate any order modifications prior to shipping. Modifications refer to change of size and/or color ONLY. We will not cancel any orders.


 

Where is my order?

If you have received a tracking number, that means your order has shipped. Please contact USPS or UPS to inquire about the status. We are NOT responsible for any lost or delayed packages once they have shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience. Not receiving your package after receiving a tracking number and seeing movement when tracking your order, should not be a reflection of your experience with The KA Collection. We always encourage customers to File a Claim with the carrier as all orders are shipped with $100 insurance.

 

Do you accept returns?

Exchanges are accepted for a store credit. If we sent you the wrong size or a color different from what you ordered, we will rectify that. Otherwise, please review your order before you submit it.

 

Can you cancel my order?

No. Your order will ship out as expected.

 

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, all exchanges received in perfect condition will receive a store credit. Please allow 2-4 days from the date of receipt of your exchange for processing. 

 

How do I make an exchange?

An exchange card will be in all orders for your convenience. You have 5 days from the date of your delivered order to ship your item back. We will verify via your tracking number when your item was delivered. If the window to exchange your item has passed and you still choose to send your item back, you will need to pay the re-shipping fee to have your item(s) shipped back to you and or it will be restocked for re-purchase.
