Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

We will try our best to accommodate any order modifications prior to shipping. Modifications refer to change of size and/or color ONLY. We will not cancel any orders.

If you have received a tracking number, that means your order has shipped. Please contact USPS or UPS to inquire about the status. We are NOT responsible for any lost or delayed packages once they have shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience. Not receiving your package after receiving a tracking number and seeing movement when tracking your order, should not be a reflection of your experience with The KA Collection. We always encourage customers to File a Claim with the carrier as all orders are shipped with $100 insurance.

We do not. If you received the wrong size or a color different from what you ordered, we will rectify that. Otherwise, please review your order before submission.

Unfortunately, we do not cancel orders. Your order will ship out as expected.

Exchanges must be initiated within (5) days of your delivery date.Please send us an email to:, with your name, order # and the reason for the exchange.

Note: We will check to ensure you have not passed the 5-day cutoff before approving the exchange.

Once received, we will inspect the item(s) thoroughly. (Please allow a processing time of 2-3 days) If approved, you will receive a store credit via email to use towards your next purchase.

Standard Shipping is $9.

Express Shipping/International Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

(Packages are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of your order)

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST, Saturday/Sunday or on a Holiday will ship out on the NEXT business day.


Any order placed using a discount code or store credit is Final Sale!


THE KA COLLECTION reserves the rights to exclude or deny customers from shipping or returning due to the following:

Irregular return history that may indicate product misuse, Returns of worn, damaged, or missing products. Violation of brand integrity including resale or fraudulent activity.
