In an attempt to keep exchanges to a minimum, PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY, ALONG WITH THE SIZING CHART AT THE FOOTER OF THE SITE!
We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white/cream/bone-colored items, swimwear, bodysuits or accessories.
All items purchased with a promotional or discount code are FINAL SALE!
We are NOT responsible for lost orders or addresses entered incorrectly.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE:
**all exchanges result in store credits, no refunds.
- Exchanges must be initiated within (5) days of your delivery date.
- Please send us an email to: info@keontayammiel.com, with your name, order # and the reason for the exchange.

Note: We will check to ensure you have not passed the 5-day cutoff before approving the exchange.

- Once received, we will inspect the item(s) thoroughly.
(Please allow a processing time of 2-3 days)
- If approved, you will receive a store credit via email to use towards your next purchase.
Note: Any items sent back without prior approval will incur a restock fee of $8 and will be deducted from your store credit.
